All items on the website are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if an item is not available.
Cards: in cases of high demand we may need to to print further cards. Therefore, please allow up to three weeks delivery.
Prints: the prints are a limited edition run of 750 only. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. We will not be printing any more of this particular original. If you are interested in buying a different David Howell original, please visit his website – www.DavidHowell.co.uk for further details of galleries that stock his work.
Costs of delivery are included within the prices of the prints and cards. Prints will be delivered by Courier and will require a signature on delivery. We will use your contact details as supplied to notify you of the delivery date. Cards will be sent by Royal Mail second-class.
Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind about your order you can return goods to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To arrange this please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will supply the details to process your return. Please note that greetings cards can only be returned if they are in their unopened, cellophane packaging.
Damages: If your print is damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery on the email email@example.com and we will arrange collection and replacement.
The personal data we collect is used only to fulfil your order and to keep in touch with you in the event of any queries relating to it. We will not share your data with any other third party.
We use WorldPay, ensuring PCI DSS compliance and strict security and protection of customer details.
Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or JCB in GBP sterling (£). We will not be held liable for any delays or non-delivery of goods due to failed payment authorisation.
